We just got back from Lake Shore Villa and had a great time! The house was so clean and had a great layout. We had 8 people including my parents, my brother and sister in law, and our two kids who are 7 and 10. We all enjoyed using the kayaks, paddle board and canoe and spent most of the day on the dock by the lake reading, talking and relaxing. In the evening we enjoyed hanging out together in the house, watching tv and me and my boys loved the arcade games! The beds and rooms were very comfortable. Marvin was very responsive to all our questions and we had no issues! Overall a wonderful house and we would love to stay again in the future!

The house was great for multiple families with kids of different ages. The community pool and tennis courts were also nice

This was our second time staying at this property. There were several upgrades since our previous stay 4 years ago. The location is great because you do not have to worry about boats/jet ski’s, the dock is partially covered, which is great when you need a break from the sun. The house was very clean and kitchen well stocked..

The property was just what we needed. Marvin was a great host and communicated well and promptly. The house was in really good shape and we had a fun time getting out on the kayaks, canoe, and paddle boards. The house is on the warm side of the lake and I don’t think I realized how warm it would be, but my wife really like it.

Lakeshore Villa is a beautiful and peaceful home to spend time with family. Everything you could possibly need is there and in top condition. Marvin is a great host! Lake Anna and Lakeshore Villa were perfect for our family to reconnect and enjoy some quality time together!

What a wonderful experience. Mr. Marvin is a superb host, very responsive, polite and accommodating. The house was just as described and it was beautiful. Upon arrival check-in was a breeze and the house was thoroughly cleaned. In our current environment cleanliness was a top priority during our stay. The sunsets and sunrises were so beautiful to watch from the living room through the windows or dockside. The rooms were welcoming and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We absolutely enjoyed taking the kayaks and paddle boards out daily, and being on the private side of the lake had no issues with a ton a traffic on the water. We also really enjoyed the community beach access. If you are looking for a wonderful stay at a great house this is the house for you.

This property is truly wonderful! We stayed with another family (including two teens) and there was more than enough space for everyone (in terms of bedrooms and living space). It was clear that the owners wanted guests to feel at home and enjoy every creature comfort. The dock was wonderful and an amazing place for relaxation. We definitely look forward to renting this beautiful property in the future!

Lovely accommodations, spacious and comfortable. Family of 12 had wonderful time in the lake, swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding. Would definitely return.
