This home has something for EVERYONE! Fishing…canoeing..kayaking..swimming.. Walking trails..parks.. Great family space for games.. movies..or just hanging out.!! Sparkling clean and comfortable! My family of 12 had a wonderful time.. Fantastic Family Vacation!

Our family enjoyed the week at Lake Anna and this beautiful lake home. The house was well appointed and very clean. The Owner quickly responded to all our questions. It was the perfect socially distant getaway. We spent lots of time using the kayaks and paddle boards. Thank you for sharing your wonderful vacation home.

Our family of seven stayed at this incredible lake home. We cannot express enough how wonderful our stay was. The house is so beautiful! It was spotless clean, decorated beautifully, bright and light filled with windows and views of the lake, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were huge, the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed and the location and lake was peaceful, beautiful and fun. We purchased the boat package which was a big hit with all of us as were the arcade games. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever experienced. Lake Anna has some nice restaurants especially Callie Opie’s Orchard Restaurant. Moo Thru for ice cream is a must! Plenty of vineyards and brewery’s too! Marvin, the homeowner, was wonderful and responded to our questions immediately. Truly an amazing house and an amazing vacation spot! Would love to visit again.

First off, this property is meticulously maintained. The grounds were spotless and the inside of the home was fantastic. The furniture is all in excellent shape and nothing looks out of date. The owner was readily available for anything we needed and the amenities were plentiful. Everything was very well thought out. If we were pressed for a complaint the only thing we could come up with is that the Wifi repeater at the dock wasn’t working and there was a foul odor in the water at the house, but it was nothing most lake houses don’t have. As for the Wifi at the dock, that was really more of a luxury anyway for us to play music down there, its not like we were trying to stream movies while hanging out down there. We would definitely stay here again. Very happy with our experience.

Lake Shore Villa was a great place for our family to vacation. The home was immaculate and a perfect location. Really enjoyed the covered dock and finished basement. The owner was helpful and quick to respond.

When I travel with all of my grown children, or with friends I try to rent a home or condo. I rent one or more homes a year. This is a great HOME for a family, or group of friends. The owner was quick to respond to questions. The owner’s attention to details is above any I’ve ever experienced. The home is beautiful. The rooms and bathrooms are perfectly spaced to allow privacy for couples. The kitchen is well furnished. The seating for eating and entertainment is great. The big windows facing the lake on two levels provide a beautiful view. We did not utilize the boat dock for boating of any type, but it is spacious. Everyone enjoyed the arcade games in the basement/game room. I’ve rented beautiful properties in the past. This was the first time that I felt I was at home and not in a rental property. My 2 ½ year old granddaughter loved this home. On the day of departure she delayed our leaving because she was set on staying. The bar has been set high for future rentals. Thank you Marvin and Jennifer for creating a wonderful memory.

Owner was always available and responsive, house was nice, clean and we all had a blast overall.

It was great to not have to worry about sheets and towels, just for outdoor towels. The amenities at the house were also nice, although we did not end up using many. We put in our own Netflix code and that’s all we needed for the little ones. Probably the very best feature was the use of the paddle boards, kayaks, and canoe. This was our first lake vacation, and that made for easy fun on the lake. Thank you for a great experience!

Where do we start?! From the minute we booked the reservation Marvin was wonderful! He was super helpful and responsive and even allowed us to book the watersports package last minute. The minute we pulled in, the kids were excited and couldn’t wait to enjoy themselves. The home was tastefully decorated and hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed at. All the ‘little things’ were there that one usually forgets to bring. More than enough towels, blankets, pillows, etc for the 10 of us and tons of room. The kids were never bored and just had a blast! I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay on the ‘warm side’ of Lake Anna. I can’t thank you enough Marvin for letting us stay in your beautiful home and being so helpful and responsive before and during our stay!
