We would definitely stay again, very much enjoyed the week

The house was very clean. There was definitely plenty of room for our five member family. The owners were very helpful and informative. We really liked being on the private side of the lake…at times it seemed like we had the whole lake to ourselves. Getting our wave runners in at the club boat ramp was very easy and convenient. Having our own dock was nice where we could tie the wave runners up and come up and take a break and have lunch in the middle of our boating. It was also nice just sitting on the dock with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. It would have been perfect if there were two floating jet ski docks, but we made it work. There were several nice ammeneties the house provided…nice lake view, club pool access, plenty of family games to play and DVDs to watch, Keurig coffee, gas cans for your boat, kayaks, canoe, paddle boards, and arcade games. The arcade games were a pleasant surprise…brought back memories playing PacMan. It was a great family vacation at a beautiful house on Lake Anna with easy access to both Charlottesville and Richmond.

The house was very clean and in a fabulous spot. The lake was very peaceful and relaxing. Would highly recommend.

This home was perfect for our small group of 5 adults and 3 kids. We rented another property close by too with extended family. Everything in this home was clean and new. The shade on the deck was a welcome escape from the heat (vs other rentals in the area where you bake in direct sun). Only small downside (but isn’t really too big of an issue) is that there is no garage access or a second refrigerator, which many other rentals have. We could have used that for drinks/kids ice pops, etc. The basement is currently unfinished, but once that is completed this house will be ideal as it will give more space for the kids to play while adults socialize in the kitchen/living area. Overall, great property!

This property was perfect for the family. The amenities were perfect and new. The boat dock was great for my boat. The ability to use the paddle boards, kayaks, paddle boat and canoes was an added bonus. I would totally recommend this property to anyone. In addition, the owners were very responsive and helpful with any questions I had both during the process and while we were at the property. Thanks for the memories!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils/ pots and pans needed to cook our meals. The dock was perfect for tying up our boat. Our grandson loved catching fish right off the dock. Swimming in the private cove was enjoyable. The use of the paddleboards, kayaks and peddle boat was a plus. We would highly recommend LakeShore Villa!

Beautiful home, exceptionally clean and well appointed with beautiful views!

LakeShore Villa was absolutely amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The owner’s attention to details was noticed throughout the entire house and even on the dock. The home offered everything we needed and more. The WIFI accessability in the home and at the dock was a huge plus! Our family of 7 was very comfortable in the home; all having enough space to relax and unwind. The owner was accommodating and easy to communicate with. We are ready to book for next year! We had no complaints – our kids commented that it was one of their best vacations – ever! I can’t say enough good things about LakeShore Villa. Thank you for a wonderful week! Our family took away many wonderful memories!

Lakeshore Villa is a beautiful home in Lake Anna. I took my family for a week and we truly enjoyed ourselves. The house and dock are very well appointed and stocked. Having the kayaks and paddle boards was definitely a plus! We did have a few drawbacks. On the third morning they began construction of the house next door so we were awakened before 7am each morning and our quiet, secluded vacation became quite loud throughout the day. They continued this until the evening and unfortunately returned until we left on Saturday morning. We also experienced several evening storms which knocked out the Direct TV satellite. Out of the owners control but a little frustrating. Overall we enjoyed the house and Lake Anna! Would definitely consider Lakeshore Villa for a future vacation but after construction is complete.

Beautiful home located on the private side of Lake Anna. Lakeshore Villa is situated right on the lake with a large dock that you can take in the sun or go to the covered side with a ceiling fan and enjoy the great views. We enjoyed our coffee each morning with the views of the lake. The family took advantage of the Kayaks, Paddle Boards and Canoe that are included with the rental. Marvin, the owner, was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. Everything is well organized and am looking forward to renting Lakeshore Villa in the future.
